questionFAQs

chevron-rightWhat is APM?hashtag

APM is an ultra-fast on-chain trading terminal that integrates trading, market monitoring, and wallet management into a single platform. It is designed for traders who need speed and precision, converting every click into a millisecond-level on-chain action.

With support for Solana and major EVM networks, APM provides low-latency infrastructure and enterprise-grade security, helping traders stay ahead in volatile markets.

chevron-rightHow secure is APM?hashtag

Security is always our top priority. APM uses custom encryption modules, multi-layer private key protection, and a real-time risk control system to safeguard funds and ensure stable trading.

Your assets always remain under your control—every action requires your authorization. We continuously enhance our security architecture to achieve the best possible balance between speed and safety.

chevron-rightIs APM decentralized?hashtag

Yes, APM is fully decentralized.

It integrates directly with decentralized protocols and applications, and all trades are executed on-chain.

Your assets always stay under your control, with no reliance on third parties.

chevron-rightCan I send tokens to APM and sell them?hashtag

Yes. You can receive any supported on-chain tokens into your wallet. All your assets can be viewed and traded directly from the Positions page in APM.

chevron-rightI transferred tokens but they are not showing up. Why?hashtag

Please check the following steps:

  1. Verify the address: Confirm that the wallet address is correct and that the transaction has been successfully completed on-chain.

  2. Wait for confirmation: Withdrawals from centralized exchanges or cross-chain transfers may take longer to confirm.

  3. Check settings: Go to Settings > Show/Hide Tokens and make sure the token has not been hidden.

  4. Contact support: If everything is correct and the tokens still do not appear, please contact official support.

chevron-rightWhat is a token CA?hashtag

A token CA (Contract Address) is the unique identifier of a token on the blockchain. Make sure you enter the token’s contract address, not an LP (liquidity pool) address.

Using the wrong address may prevent the system from fetching the correct price or executing trades.

chevron-rightWhy can’t a price be retrieved for a token?hashtag

Possible reasons include:

  • An incorrect address was entered (for example, an LP address instead of the token contract address)

  • The token has been delisted or has insufficient liquidity

  • The current DEX routing does not yet support that token

chevron-rightWhat is price impact?hashtag

Price impact refers to the effect your trade has on the market price. The larger your trade size or the lower the liquidity of the target pool, the greater the price impact will be.

chevron-rightWhat is slippage?hashtag

Slippage is the difference between the expected price when you place a trade and the actual price at which the trade is executed.

Because on-chain prices can change quickly, the price may move during the time between when you submit the trade and when it is confirmed on the blockchain.

chevron-rightWhat does “slippage exceeded” mean?hashtag

If the final execution price moves beyond your configured slippage tolerance, the system automatically cancels the trade to prevent extreme losses. You can try again by increasing your slippage setting or trading during a more stable market period.

chevron-rightReasons why a trade may fail?hashtag

Common causes and solutions:

  • Slippage too low: Increase your slippage tolerance and try again.

  • Insufficient gas: Make sure your wallet has enough native tokens (e.g., SOL / ETH) to pay for transaction fees.

  • Token issues: Check if the token is frozen, delisted, or blacklisted.

  • Network congestion: Try raising the priority fee or submit the trade again later.

chevron-rightWhere are the tokens I bought?hashtag

All your tokens are shown on the Positions page. Some very small balances may be hidden by default.

Go to Positions > Show/Hide Tokens to enable them for display. If you want to confirm the transaction status, you can also check it directly on a blockchain explorer.
